In this gripping drama, a ruthless boss rules his company with an iron fist, convinced that his way of doing things is the only way. But as the world develops, his employees begin to realise that they have to change their ways in order to keep up. Despite their pleas, the boss refuses to adapt, eventually being left with a ghost town.
